Sean McKeown MS, PT, Cred MDT
Attended San Diego State University for undergraduate coursework and completed his B.S. in Biology and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon. He is Credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute and trained in Active Release Techniques – ART. ® He strongly believes in patient education to ensure their understanding of their issue, participation in their recovery process and prevention of future injury.
Kate Woodward, PT, DPT, Clinic Director
Kate grew up in Franconia, New Hampshire in a small ski town. She became interested in Physical Therapy throughout her gymnastics career – sustaining many injuries requiring PT to return to competition. She became driven to help others return to what they love. She has a passion for treating athletes, but truly enjoys treating all patient populations. She is compassionate and provides a high standard of care.

Kate is an avid sports enthusiast. She was a four-year collegiate gymnast. Kate enjoys surfing, hiking, and skiing. But above all, she loves peanut butter! She also enjoys spending time with her family back on the East Coast as well as exploring the great outdoors with friends.

Linda Annan PT, DPT
Linda was born and raised in Upstate NY and worked in Boston in both the outpatient and inpatient settings before moving to San Diego in 2019. Linda, a certified personal trainer, has experience working with athletes to return them to a high level of performance and is extremely passionate about working with runners. She’s excited to join PRN to continue to provide the highest standard of care.

Personal Interests:
Linda is an avid runner, having completed marathons and triathlons as well. She has a love for all things outdoors including surfing, hiking, and exploring all Southern California has to offer. In her free time, Linda loves to travel, having completed a three week road trip across the US. She also enjoys playing softball and cheering on her favorite NY sports team (Go Bills!).

Danielle Owens, PT, DPT
Danielle has taken multiple courses in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy with the goal of becoming CAPP-Pelvic certified. She is currently treating patients with pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic pain with hopes to become an expert in all areas of pelvic health and therapy for both women and men.

Rebecca Pagdan, MPT,CHT
Rebecca D. Pagdan, MPT, CHT, a Certified Hand Therapist since 1994, received a BS in Bioengineering from the University of California San Diego, and her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. She has had the privilege of training and working with many of the most reputable institutions, hand therapists, and hand surgeons in San Diego County. Rebecca brings to PRN Mission Valley a vast and varied education and experience in acute care, neurological rehabilitation, sports and orthopedic manual therapy, and specialty exercise programming. Rebecca is also a classically trained and certified pilates instructor, having served as California Certification Center director and Teachers of Teachers for the United States Pilates Association.
Brittany Saam, PTA
Brittany was born and raised in the Midwest (Ohio) and moved to San Diego 6 years ago. She has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 11 years with experience in pre and post-operative rehabilitation as well as treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. She enjoys the challenge that no one patient is the same and finds it rewarding to see them improve and meet their goals.
